We take the utmost pride in each product sold by Bella Notte Linens. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept your return within 30 days of receipt. Due to the custom nature of our dye process, all returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Items must be unused and unwashed in their original condition with tags attached. Returns can only be processed for products purchased on bellanottelinens.com.
Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, not including shipping and handling, re-stocking fees, and return shipping charges. Standard shipping charges will apply for all "free shipped" non-defective items. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of returned goods.
